Spray foam insulation and energy-efficient windows are standard in every Oasis home. We engineer each foundation for its site, including pier reinforcement when soil conditions call for it. That leaves you free to focus on the finishes, layout, and details that make the home yours.

Engineered Foundation
North Texas soil moves — and a foundation that isn't built for it will show it over time. When soil conditions call for it, we include pier-reinforced slabs at no added cost. We engineer every foundation to the site, not to the cheapest option.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam creates a true air seal that batt insulation simply can't match. The result is a quieter, more comfortable home year-round — and utility bills that reflect it. Most builders offer this only as a paid upgrade. It's in every Oasis home.
Low-E Double Pane Windows
Low-emissivity glass blocks heat transfer and UV rays without sacrificing natural light. Your home stays cooler in summer, warmer in winter, and your furnishings won't fade. Standard on every Oasis build — because your comfort shouldn't cost extra.
