We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, wishlist, and budget. From there, we develop a detailed scope and provide a transparent, line-item budget estimate — so you know exactly where every dollar goes. We don't believe in surprises. Our pricing is open-book.
Do you work with our architect or designer?
Absolutely. We work seamlessly with clients who already have an architect or interior designer they love. We can also connect you with trusted professionals in our network if you're starting from scratch. Great homes are a team effort, and we're experienced at collaborating with other design professionals.

We build on client-owned lots throughout the DFW area — but don't worry if you don't have land yet. We can help you find the right lot. We have established relationships with local real estate professionals across Tarrant and Dallas counties who specialize in finding buildable land that fits your vision and budget.
